The Friends of St. Matthias (FoSM) made a sizzling impact at May Fair 2024 on Richmond Green, serving up a feast of delicious barbecue favorites. With a prime stall location, the event was a fantastic opportunity to bring the community together while raising funds for the ongoing maintenance and conservation of St. Matthias Church.

- 500 chuck-steak beef burgers (300g each)
- 500 large pork sausages
- 150 back bacon baps
Visitors enjoyed the freshly grilled flavors, making the FoSM BBQ stall one of the most popular spots at the fair. The smoky aroma of high-quality beef, pork, and bacon filled the air, drawing crowds eager to support a great cause while indulging in classic barbecue favorites.
